MindScript by Wybit
Make your EHR AI-native.
MindScript is the end-to-end AI system that runs around the EHR you already use. It works before, during, and after every visit: calls, faxes, records, notes, orders, results, and follow-up. Your EHR stays. The busywork goes.
- No migration
- Physician-built
- BAA before any PHI
1Conversation
“Let's check an echo and get a lipid panel.”
2Note
Plan: Transthoracic echo to reassess LV function. Fasting lipid panel.
3Orders
- Echo (TTE)
- Lipid panel
- Follow-up 3 months

Your EHR has AI features. It still isn't AI-native.
Most EHRs now come with a scribe button, a summary panel, or a chatbot. Each one is a feature bolted onto a system designed for billing and record-keeping in the 2000s. Every feature starts from zero, does one task, and hands the rest back to your staff. An AI-native system works the other way: the work gets done first, and people review it.
| AI-added EHR | AI-native with MindScript |
|---|---|
| Staff do the work; AI helps with one step | Agents do the work; staff and physicians approve it |
| Each AI feature starts from a blank context | Every agent shares one live picture of the patient |
| Work stops at the edge of each feature | Work flows from the phone call to the signed order to the result |
| Visit-centered | Covers the whole care cycle, including the time between visits |
| Clinic only, or hospital only | Clinic and hospital on one patient record |

Four principles of an AI-native practice
The work is done before anyone asks.
Faxes are sorted when they land. Outside records are pulled before the visit. The HPI is drafted before the physician opens the chart.
One patient, one context.
What the patient said on the intake call informs the HPI. The HPI informs the note. The note's plan becomes the orders. Nothing is re-entered, and no agent starts cold.
Every loop closes.
An order isn't finished when it's signed. It's finished when the result comes back, reaches the right person, and the patient hears about it.
Physicians approve, they don't enter.
MindScript drafts. The physician reviews and signs. Clinical judgment stays with the clinician; the typing doesn't.
How MindScript is built
Five layers work together, from the first phone call to the record in your EHR.
Capture
Every way information enters the practice: patient calls, faxes, outside records, EHR data, and the visit conversation.
Patient context
A structured, sourced picture of each patient: problems, medications, results, history, and what the patient said. Every fact links back to where it came from.
Agents
Intake, refill, fax, records, HPI, scribe and orders, and inpatient agents, each owning one job end to end and reading from the same patient context.
Clinician review
One queue for everything that needs a human: notes to sign, orders to approve, urgent results, and patient requests.
EHR write-back
Approved work is written to the right chart in your EHR, so the record of truth stays where it always was.
The whole care cycle
Before the visit
- The patient is called 48 hours ahead: appointment confirmed, intake collected, chief complaint captured.
- Outside records and faxed reports are pulled and filed to the chart.
- A pre-visit snapshot and draft HPI are ready before check-in.
During the visit
- The conversation is documented in your specialty's note format.
- The plan the physician says out loud becomes draft orders (labs, imaging, prescriptions, referrals, procedures, follow-up), each linked to its diagnosis.
- Unclear items are flagged with a question, never guessed.
After the visit
- The physician signs the note and orders together in one review.
- Patient instructions go out in plain language.
- When results arrive by fax or interface, they're matched to the order that requested them and routed to the ordering physician.
Between visits
- Refill calls are answered around the clock and arrive complete.
- Overdue results and missing reports are flagged.
- Recalls and surveillance intervals are tracked, and patients are called when they're due.
The order is the start of the loop, not the end.
MindScript drafts orders from the conversation, like several scribes now do. The difference is what happens next. MindScript remembers every order it drafted and watches for the result. When the echo report arrives by fax, it's matched to the order, filed to the chart, and sent to the physician who ordered it. If a result never arrives, the order is flagged.
“Let's do an exercise stress echo this week, and I want a fasting lipid panel and a basic metabolic panel. We'll go up on the atorvastatin to 80. I'll see you back in four weeks.”
During the visit
Writes the plan into the note; drafts 5 orders: stress echo, lipid panel, BMP, atorvastatin 80 mg, 4-week follow-up
Scribe and orders
End of visit
Physician signs note and orders in one review; follow-up is booked at checkout
Clinician review
Day 3
Stress echo report arrives by fax; matched to the order, filed, sent to the cardiologist
Document Management
Day 5
Lab results arrive; the cardiologist reviews the LDL alongside the dose change
Records Integration
Week 4
Patient is called 48 hours before follow-up; snapshot includes both results
Appointment & Intake
Built where the work happens
MindScript was designed with practicing cardiologists and gastroenterologists in Orlando, in their clinics, ASC, and hospital rounds. Specialty structure is built in: echo and cath results for cardiology, procedure prep and pathology follow-up for GI.
One system, clinic to hospital
The same patient context follows the patient into the hospital. Consult briefs include the office chart. Progress notes, orders, and discharge summaries are drafted at the bedside. After discharge, the follow-up visit starts with the hospital course already in the snapshot.
See MindScript InpatientYou stay in control
- Nothing reaches the EHR without the right person's approval.
- Every draft links to its source: the moment in the conversation, the fax page, the lab value.
- Your EHR's allergy, interaction, and duplicate checks still run on every signed order.
- PHI is protected by a BAA, encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access with MFA, and full audit logs.

Is MindScript a new EHR?
No. MindScript runs alongside your existing EHR and writes approved work back to it. You keep your EHR, your data, and your workflows.
Our EHR already has an AI scribe. Why add MindScript?
A scribe covers the visit. MindScript covers the whole care cycle: the calls, faxes, and records before the visit, the note and orders during it, and the results, refills, and recalls after it, all on one shared patient context.
Can we start small?
Yes. Start with one agent, such as fax sorting or refill calls, and add more. Each agent you add uses the same patient context, so the system gets more useful as it grows.
